Farm-fresh chicken eggs, rich in flavor and nutrients. Laying hens are rotated during the spring, summer and fall. In winter they are on deep bedding (wood chips, leaves, straw or hay) this allows us to maintain optimal living conditions, while keeping chickens out of the worst of the elements. We then use the deep bedding as compost for the following spring garden.
