Our cattle are raised on open pastures, they thrive naturally, delivering the finest, most flavorful beef. We rotate our cattle every one to two days on the back 40 acres. This allows Victory Hills farm to let the land rest for 30-60 days in between rotations. 
 
Our grass-fed beef is available in whole, halves, and quarters. The cattle are processed at Eureka locker normally in early fall. Please contact victoryhillsfarm@gmail.com with any questions and beef reservations. To reserve a whole, half or quarter, a deposit of $400 will be required. This deposit is non-refundable and will go toward total cost of beef.
